We are extremely excited to announce the first of many new Composer Diversity channels on Pandora! Each channel will be focused on a specific genre and within a specific time period with recordings curated from Pandora’s extensive library of recordings. In addition to these random-order “mixtape” channels, ICD will also be curating structured “playlists” in the near future!

From Exposure TV: May 20, 2019 | While filming Sarah, we stumbled on a few hiccups in the process...a missing USB to USB-C adapter and crazy wind that made the audio we recorded outside sound like we were battling a tornado. However, filming in the Blanton Museum of Art and listening to this gorgeous work by the incredible composer Alexandra Gardner made the experience worthwhile.

From Exposure TV: April 6, 2019 | Martin's exhilarating performance of Kamadjaja by composer Mochtar Embut from his hometown of Indonesia particularly "knocked the socks off" of our videographer/editor Peyton. We enjoyed listening to Martin share about his personal connections to the music and stories about growing up in Indonesia.

From Exposure TV: March 18, 2019 | This was our first video ever filmed for Exposure TV and it was definitely a learning experience for all of us. Zoe played us a marathon of music. This piece is Tuhauyo by Daniel Cueto. We also recorded a Flute Set for Solo Flute by Adolphus Hailstork and Danza de la Mariposa by Valerie Coleman.

From Exposure TV: April 28, 2019 | We first heard Sara perform this piece at UT Austin's Hispanic Heritage Month Concert (founded by ours truly, Katia Osorio). The gorgeous melodies and improvised-like harmonic accompaniment captivated us and made us want to record the piece for our series. We recorded at the Liberal Arts building and attracted numerous wandering spectators.
